18U Travel - Team Information
Welcome to the Michigan Red Sox 18u Travel Team. This team is head coached by Mark Sackett and is focused on competing at the highest level with team goals of winning the AABC Connie Mack Regionals to get to the AABC Connie Mack World Series in Farmington, New Mexico.
Our 2012 Team is well underway in being developed. As the commitments come in, the roster will be posted. We have an excellent start with some quality and loyal athletes in our program.

It's going to be a great 2012!!!
A recap of 2011....
We have concluded our 2012 season with a disappointing finish at the first AABC Connie Mack State Tournament. A 4-2 loss to the Tecumseh Thunder and a 6-5 loss to Palacios Tailors ended our 2011 season. Our final results are posted below.

Motor City Pride Invitational: 5-1 and runners up.
The Great Black Swamp: 3-2
Collegiate Clash: 3-2
Ultimate Strike Zone: 2-3
AABC Connie Mack: 0-2
Our plans for 2012 are underway with our final player evaluation at Kearsley Park in Flint on August 14th. These evaluations will be for both the Sackett 18u team and Mayne 18u team and the development of a 17u team as well as an upper level 16u team.
