Colin Kaline

Colin first joined the Michigan Red Sox wearing a Derek Jeter Yankee tee shirt in 1999.  He played with the Sox through his high school graduation in 2007.  After high school, Colin was drafted by the Detroit Tigers but declined to pursue his education at Florida Southern University in Lakeland, Florida.  He had great baseball career at Florida Southern and at the end of his collegiate career was again drafted by the Detroit Tigers.

Colin is currently playing in the New York Penn League short season A Ball for the Connecticut Tigers.
