Home Base Volunteering Program by Michigan Red Sox

The Michigan Red Sox are proud to partner with local businesses in the community as well as residents to help them help our organization.  The program is simple... you need help?  We'll volunteer to help you and all that we ask is a simple donation to The Michigan Red Sox.  It's a win-win-win!  Businesses/Residents make donations, get free work done, and our members learn the importance of volunteering in the community.  See attached for more details.

Our History

The Michigan Red Sox baseball organization began in Birmingham, Michigan in 1999 with a primary focus of developing baseball players based on our coaches experiences and the most up to date teaching methods developed nationally by the Doyle Baseball Academy out of Winter Haven, Florida.  Since then, the Sox organization has grown to multiple teams from ages 9u – 22u.  Our Motor City Pride Baseball division developed as we welcomed more players from different programs to compete in the fall and collegiately.  With our success, we have now moved our collegiate team into the prestigious Great Lakes Collegiate Baseball League going by the name the Irish Hills Leprechauns.  Finally, we have opened our new 20,000 s.f. training center for all our teams to continue their improvement and development.
